We process the data you provide through the contact forms (name, email, phone, organisation and message content) to handle and manage your press, communication, collaboration or booking request, and to maintain the resulting correspondence.
If you join La Afición, we ask you to confirm your sign-up through a link we send you by email, and we keep the date and time of the request and of the confirmation and the text you accepted. We use your email address and the language of the website to send you the newsletter: tour dates, news and club content.
If you ask us to let you know about concerts, we use the city and country you choose in the form to tell you when there is a date nearby. We suggest the country you are connecting from, and you can change it. Grouping you by city and country is a simple segmentation by location: it has no legal effects and does not significantly affect you.
We also process technical browsing data and, where applicable, the form's anti-spam verification. With each form we record the country it is sent from, inferred from the IP address with a database kept on our own server (DB-IP IP to Country Lite, https://db-ip.com, CC BY 4.0 licence; the IP is not sent to third parties), the page of the website and where the visit came from, so we know how enquiries reach us. We sort messages by subject (press, booking, concerts, collaboration or other) so that the right person handles them, which does not amount to profiling. No automated decisions with legal effects or that significantly affect you are taken.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) when submitting the form, and the performance of pre-contractual measures or the legitimate interest in handling your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR). The use of non-essential cookies is based on your consent.
The La Afición newsletter and concert alerts are based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by replying «UNSUBSCRIBE» to any of our emails or by writing to privacidad@joaquincortes.es.
We will keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, thereafter, for the legally required periods to address possible liabilities. After those periods, the data will be deleted.
Newsletter and concert alert data are kept while you remain subscribed. When you unsubscribe they are deleted, except for the record of the unsubscription, which we keep so as not to write to you again.
We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. To provide the service we use providers acting as data processors (hosting, email and anti-spam verification), with whom the corresponding agreements under Art. 28 GDPR have been signed.
Some providers (e.g. anti-spam verification or embedded video) may involve international transfers, carried out with appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or other valid mechanisms under Chapter V GDPR).
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, as well as withdraw consent at any time, by writing to privacidad@joaquincortes.es and indicating the right you wish to exercise.
If you believe the processing does not comply with the regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
The Operator applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, in accordance with Art. 32 GDPR.
